The world headquarters of Toyota Motor Company (TMC) are located in Aichi, Japan, while the headquarters for Toyota's U.S. operation is located in Torrance, CA. The president of Toyota is Akio Toyoda and its Board chairman is Fujio Cho. Toyota conducts its business worldwide with 50 overseas manufacturing companies in 27 countries and regions, and Toyota's vehicles are sold in more than 160 countries and regions around the world. It is one of the companies in Toyota group in the 16 group companies. Other examples of Toyota's group companies are Toyota Industries Corporation, Aichi Steel Corporation, JTEKT Corporation and Toyota Auto Body Co. Nowadays, Toyota has become an enormous and influential industrial company worldwide. Its major field is producing automobiles, while the other business fields are regarding electronics, machinery and finance. First of all, according to the Toyota official website, TMC's mission statement is referred to a "Global Vision . Recently, Toyota has become one of the best automotive companies and a popular car brand in the U.S. automobile industry because it is able to live up to its own proud mission statement: "Toyota will lead the way to the future of mobility, enriching lives around the world with the safest and most responsible ways of moving people. Through our commitment to quality, constant innovation and respect for the planet, we aim to exceed expectations and be rewarded with smile. We will meet our challenging goals by engaging the talent and passion of people, who believe there is always a better way.  The leader of TMC is the chairman of the board, Fujio Cho, and under him is Takashi Uchiyama, who is the vice chairman of the board. Besides, the president and member of board is Akio Toyoda. Below him, there are executive vice president and member of the board. After that, under them there are directors and corporate auditors, senior managing officers and managing offices.
