For years, Americans have looked towards department retail stores to get all of their needs from clothes, fashion accessories, beauty products, and home goods. Americans want to go to the store and be able to get clothes for all members of the family under one roof which promotes efficiency. This employee was really nice and high spirited and it really surprised me. even her body language was pleasant. I wasn't expecting that nice of a response from her, because of past experiences I have had at other retail and department stores. After I told the lady thank you I proceeded on my way and I took the chance to really observe my surroundings in the ladies Dillard's. The first thing I noticed was the abundant of people in Dillard's. The customers were very cultural
