Walt Henderson is a hard working individual who completes his assignments and has enough time to pursue other non-work related tasks. His supervisor tells him that during business hours he must only work on things related to work. This angers Walt because he took his work home with him the night before and completed everything giving him free time for the next day. His supervisor closes the argument by stating that he doesn't want Walt to pursue non-work related tasks during work hours anymore. Walt is initially emotionally content with himself since he has completed all of his duties, but once he starts talking to Ken he gets more irritated and even resentful of this "rule" that has been imposed. Ken handles the situation clearly with an authoritative stance. Within this paper, we shall assess Walt's behavior, attitude, and reactions to his encounter with Ken. Walt's attitude towards work is essentially positive because he does make sure that all work is completed, even by his peers. When Ken asks if Joe's sketches are done, Walt admits to taking it home and completing it by saying, "It doesn't matter! It was my pleasure. I knew that Joe would have some trouble finishing it all for noon today." His attitude towards his administrators and the workplace may be more negative; however, overall I think he does enjoy working and the tasks give to him. His cognitive component of attitude consists of his belief that he should be allowed to work on other assignments if he has finished all other duties. For example, "I have finished my work and given up three hours of my time yesterday evening just to help Joe. Besides, I'm not set up at home to draft. Where's the harm?  His behavioral component of attitude consists of continuing to work as long as he does not disrupt others. Such as, "I still think that what I do only concerns myself as long as my work is done and I don't bother anyone." His affective component of attitude consists
