Response For the first part of the question, we are going to identify the task related traits exhibited by Captain Maniam throughout his command for the "Tiger Platoon." Task related character traits refer to the personality or character which is closely associated with task accomplishment. In this case study, we can see that Captain Maniam managed to successfully lead his platoon in gaining victory by showing task related character traits such as passion and courage. A dominant characteristic of task related traits are said to be the passion for the individual to accomplish the mission. We can see in spite of Captain Maniam's injury after being shot in the abdomen, he continued to return fire until relieved by the main body under Lt Chua.
