To fulfill the requirements of this assignment, I visited the Hindu temple Sadhna Mandir, on June 15, 2014 at 10 AM. I chose this temple because I was interested in getting some knowledge about the major principles Hinduism. In addition, it was convenient for me to book an appointment to visit this temple. The temple is situated at 30 Nantucket Boulevard, Toronto. My friend named Parth Rana took the appointment for me. He is a committee member of this temple. I called him before one day to reconfirm my visiting hours and they really appreciated to me for this visit. Before visiting the temple, I gathered some information on Hinduism and their religious beliefs. I reached the temple on time with Mr. Rana. From 10.50 AM to 12.30 PM, we meditate the form of god by listening traditional Hindu prayer songs. I took my lunch in the temple from 12.30 PM to 1.00 PM. I like all the services provided to me on that day. However, among all the services, I liked the video speech on the philosophy of the Hindu scriptures the most.
