At one of my previous jobs, there was a problem with stealing but there was never really much done about it. I worked at a golf course with many job duties such as cleaning golf carts. I would also bring members golf bags from the bag room to the golf carts and then back again when done. I would also stand on the driving range and clean members golf clubs when they were done using them. I would also pick all the balls on the range with a golf ball picker. The big thing was when we would find unopened beer we would hide it so we could take it home later. At the time most of us were underage. So the big issue here was we were stealing and nobody would really consider blowing the whistle because then they would be hated by the group and next time they worked no one would help them very much. So it became normal within our little red shirt culture to take whatever came in. Sometimes there would even be member belongings left in c
