Flower Garden is a great restaurant which is located in a quadrangle dwelling in Beijing. Although I have only been there once, I really enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, outstanding service, acceptable price and tasty food there. Flower Garden is a famous restaurant because of its traditional atmosphere which lies on a famous street in the middle of Beijing. Many venerable abodes are fronted by thick red doors outside of which perch either a pair of lions or a pair of drum stones. Going through the door, polite waiters with traditional Chinese clothes are welcoming the guests. There are many people in the restaurant but it is not noisy. You can see a rock bridge, a babbling clear spring, and a rockery inside. And there are many exquisite paintings on the beams. The warm light makes the atmosphere more comfortable. And delicate furniture pieces tend to be carved wooden designs with hand-painted on them. Also, there is a tea ceremony on the stage, and a beautiful Chinese girl who wears a plain but elegant cheongsam is performing how to make a cup of tea. It makes the environment much more traditional and elegant. I even loved this restaurant at the first time because of the comfortable and traditional atmosphere. Flower Garden is very famous in Beijing, not only because of the comfortable atmosphere, but also because of the outstanding service there. All the waiters in the restaurant are polite and friendly. Whatever the guests want to know about the restaurant, they are glad to explain it. They are knowledgeable as well. Because of the rapid development in Beijing, more and more foreigners are coming to the restaurant, all the waiters there can introduce the dishes to the foreign guests to make sure they can enjoy themselves in Flower Garden. Although Flower Garden is an excellent restaurant, the price of a meal is still acceptable to most people. It will cost about 40$ each person, but you can totally enjoy yourself there. And it's
