Obviously the purpose of this piece is notice people and help them to take courage to arrest perverts and eradicate them. The poster is aimed at all female passengers that may get sexual harassment on the train or subway. Also I think it maybe remind everyone if you find a pervert, please say and contact to the policeman. In my opinion, this poster works very well. It uses very large picture of manga to attract people's attention and it is a manga, it's very easy to read and understand. Also the girl in manga like a little girl maybe a school student, when they got in that pervert situation, they will get scared and maybe do not have the courage to scream like the manga.
