Pandora Poikilos once said "Procrastination is the foundation for all disasters.  In other words what this means is that, when a person procrastinates it's setting themselves up for failure. This quote is valid mainly because in life always waiting until the last minute to do things will mostly result in failure. When a person waits until the last minute to do certain things one tends to feel rushed, which causes mistakes and in many cases these mistakes are over looked. For example as stated in US News & World Report an article called "Learn to Manage Your Time in College , "Even though you may have a million other things going on, it's important to remind yourself why you're in college in the first place: to graduate. Consequently, your academic work should always come first when it comes to prioritizing your time.  I agree with this example mostly because time management problems can be something various people face on day to day basis. Being Proactive, Scheduling yourself, and being aware of due dates are some ways to help one conquer this. In the article "Learn to Manage Your Time in College  by Kelci Lynn Lucier not only talks about college students managing their time within their academics, but also managing their time within their personal life. In the section about managing time within a student's academics Kelci gives various suggestion on how to help them. Such as asking yourself, "when do I have class? How much homework do I have? What assignments are due? When do I have major exams or quizzes?  By a student asking themselves these question it can insure that they soon learn to manage their time and break down the things that they need to do. However doing so can take some time because of the rapid adjustment from high school to college. In high school a student is used to having the same class schedule every day, but in college you have a different class every day. Which means less class time causing more work
