Before the digital age, the library was the cornerstone of knowledge. If one wanted to research a topic, read for fun, or explore the vast number of books, the library was the place to go. The library’s fundamental goal was to be an archive for all written works like novels, documents, poetry, and biographies. They also contained many other forms of written works, which made the library the safe keeper of knowledge in the world.
