Setting up a business, exploring and entering a market are processes that require a lot of time and hardwork. As a marketing student, from every step to complete this report, I have gained a lot of benefits and useful experiences for my future career. We have prepared for this report for a time. And the first benefit that I got from this is the way to do the group work effectively. We divided the work for each member of group, and left some time for each member to research and do the work then set the fix date for the next meeting. The time is long enough to do the work. Actually, we used to leave too little time for preparing the work for next meeting. This time, the way we divided the work to each member and sat together to compare and contrast saved us a lot of time to finish the report. Previous group work each member did all the work on their own and after that compared with each other, which took us a lot of time and personally I think it only suits for individual work rather than group work, and in the end this way did not work out. Secondly, after completing this report, I got much more knowledge about fashion, especially London fashion market. Although being major in Marketing but I also have passion for fashion, especially one in the UK, and my favorite brands are Topshop, Zara, Gap, H&M And as this report is all about entering London fashion market so we have a chance to know more about fashion. While doing this report, we have to do the SWOT, identify as well as do research about Stradivarius’s potential competitors in the clothing industry in UK including Topshop, New Look, Miss Selfridge, Zara, Gap, Mango Thanks to this, my knowledge about the UK fashion as well as their history and development process, their target market and market share and the fashion trends increase a lot. This will be of great use for my future career as when I come back to Viet Nam after graduating, my uncle asks me to support his fashion company
