Many people believe in a god, they believe that we are gods creation and that we belong to god. Everyone in the world has their own opinion about god and some say he exists some say he doesnt. Some people believe that we are under his control and everything we do and everything that happens to us is because of god. Its almost like god is our boss and if we were to do something to betray or upset the gods then we would get punished for it just like if we betrayed our boss. A way people could betray the gods is to commit suicide. People believe that we shouldnt kill ourselves unless we have received a sign from the gods, and committing suicide before its our time to go would be betraying the gods. There are many reasons why betraying the gods could be bad, like I said before we are the gods possessions and they have the power to punish us if we do something we arent suppose to. If someone were to commit suicide without a sign from the gods then the gods would become angry and will punish that person. If one of our species were to betray another we would react in a manner were we would want to punish them, well the gods would react the same way we would. Also the gods would have the power to punish them after death. Lastly, we do not want to upset the gods and make them angry. We shouldnt kill ourselves without a sign from the gods because we belong to the gods, they own us, they created us, and betraying them would upset them enough to make them want to punish us. Its like having a kid, if I was a parent and my child went and punched another kid in the face without me telling him to, as the owner of my child, I would want to punish him for doing something that I didnt approve of. Its the same for the gods, the gods choose when people die and when they dont, so if someone were to kill themselves without the gods telling them to they have the right to punish that person.
