Trip to Vipa's Thai Palace Restaurant

As the door at Vipa's Thai Palace is opened, you can see a small yellow entrance and a decoration of a small plant and flower. Walk two to three more steps, you can hear Thai songs and you’ll see a dining area - warm colour with high ceiling, a small bar decorate with christmas light and an open kitchen. On the wall, you can see a memories of people in polaroid picture and all the comments that people wrote about. When I entered in dining area, a woman in a white shirt and dark blue apron smiled at me and said “Welcome”. As I sat down at a small round booth, a woman in a white shirt gave me a menu and left. She came back and asked if I’m ready to order or not. I ordered a dinner menu which I didn’t know that there were a lunch special and cost less than dinner menu. She recommended me to order lunch special so I can save money. I followed her suggestion and ordered chicken fried rice and Thai tea. During lunch time, there were 4 costumers in two different booths. At one booth there was woman and man who had already finished eating and were ready to leave. At the other booth were two old women. While they were eating ,they have a conversion for a whole time. They didn’t finish their food, so the rest they took away. At the time they were leaving, a woman in white shirt told them to be careful with the food because it could spilt. It took few minute to get my drink, it’s in a transparent glass with a mix layers of milk and a dark orange tea. My first taste, gave a sweetness of a milk and a second taste gave a little bitten from a tea. It didn’t take too long for my food to be in front of me. First thing that I noticed was smell. It smelled so good and looked delicious. My food was cooked in streamed rice with chicken, eggs, carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes and garnished with cilantro, lime and cucumber.
