Illegal immigration is an increasing crisis that needs to be stopped. There are currently 11.5 million illegal immigrants that are sneaking past the borders, taking jobs from Americans, making us pay extra taxes and are threats to the public. One problem is border control. Immigrants have been getting past the borders too easily and the security is lacking strength. President Bush's administration employed more security, and sent out new technology to the border. Since 2009 the number of gang members in the U.S grew 40% and the number will continue to rapidly grow. Jobs are being taken from hardworking Americans who deserve the money they work for. Companies in the U.S. are more than willing to employ the illegal immigrants, because they will accept being paid lower than Americans should. Currently 7.7 million immigrants occupy the jobs Americans should have. This has been made illegal under the law enacted in 1986.
