A case that struck me and hurt me the most was about Ryan Hooligan: his life started in 1989 he had a good life but he had social challenges and those challenges became a problem when to the fourth grade, where he met his first bully. Ryan was bullied for a year by that kid till he finally snapped for the first time and fought him. They later on became friends and Ryan made the life altering mistake of trusting a bully with a big secret. Later on the bully started a rumor saying that he was gay. Although the was a hard time for him his last mistake was the online flirting one. When Ryan turned thirteen his hormones kicked in and he started talking to this girl online who ended up by telling him that their relationship was a joke. So he snapped and hung himself and that was his life. If the cyber part of all this was stopped he wouldn't have been pushed over the edge and snapped. And he would have still been alive on this day if the government had put a law on it this wouldn't have been done by this young child. If the U.S. Government had more control on the comments made on social media and terrorists would not be able to comment on places like Reddit, Facebook, Twitter etc. it would just be good to know that you’re safe. A lot of times people say that this is the safest country in the world and they say that they want freedom of speech online I get it but that's when you get terrorists sending each other messages online and all that and when you see people trying to fix it there's a huge uprising . So the U.S. government started working on it and according to Fox News when the public heard about the idea for open and evident monitoring, almost anyone who knew about it just started flipping out and bringing up the 1st amendment and their right to privacy etc ...
