There are a lot debatable conflicts about Is torture ever justified? and the rate of them is almost equal. Some people think that torture is not acceptable because it is the way to bring harm and pain and it is not right for our human being. Torture is unacceptable, as all human beings have their rights and there are other modern ways to punish guilty people and to get information from people. On the other hand, some people think that there are some situations where torture is justifiable under some circumstances. Similarly, in my opinion torture is justified because we need it in some situations below I am going to give my opinion related to my choice as much as possible. To begin with, every human life is unique and it should be rewarded with a respect without any torture or other mental or physical pain in their prestige life. Some experts say that people are not bad, they sometimes make bad decisions and they can change their choices with the help of others. Eventually, there is no any significant gap to punish them with a torture and it would be another way to make them to correct their mistakes. Also, there are some thoughts that we are not animals, we are human and we should not fight or kill each other like animals. Torture is primitive, cruel and unjust. Although it may be true that torture is not ever justifiable because of human rights but we can count a lot of reasons where torture is acceptable. First of all, one of the main benefits of torture is that, human has a big desire to prevent pain and harms so that if police use torture in order to know the crime, it would be more effectively. It may looks so small in order to accept torture but under this circumstance, police can save life of thousands of innocent people. Taking an example, a group of terrorists planning set up bomb where people are gathering.
