The most destructive influences of your dark era of regimen on our country were futile educational systems, powerless health organizations, and tribal biased mentality. One of the negative effects of your corrupt authority was having ineffective educational systems which have created unsuccessful generations. Despite the fact that the education was free in Libya, it was not strong enough to produce well-educated graduates who could benefit their country.
