INTRODUCTION Education Industry in every country is important equally because it help to train and develop potential talents for the countries future. If this industry cant do a good job, it will create impact on the countries economic development. I will be discussing about Vietnams Education Industry, including Vietnams public schools that are managed by the Government and Ministry of Education, private institutes (also partially managed by the Government), the issues occurring in the industry, how entrepreneurs should do about them and the factors influencing new venture success. ISSUES FACING VIETNAMS EDUCATION INDUSTRY This part is about discussing some standing out problems that the Education Industry in Vietnam is facing. Teachers Lack of Expertise and Motivation Teachers, the direct guidance for students are evaluated to be really lack of skills and knowledge. Ms. Chi, mother of a 5th grade student in Ha Noi expresses: My daughter enjoys studying English in her extra classes, but she hates it at school because her teacher cant pronoun properly. The reason is because you dont need to pay school fee if you study to become teachers. So many students sign up without passion for the job, and each of them has different education level. Lives of teachers are hard due to low salary and difficult working condition; therefore most of teachers dont find satisfaction in their job. Companies favor Public Universities than Private Institutes According to Professor Ngo Bao Chau (2014), Private Institutes are dying because of the Governments lacking of control and policies. In foreign countries such as Australia and Singapore, Private Institutes are popular because they provide affordable courses with good school names on the certificates to make sure students can get a job after graduation; in contrast, Vietnamese public still criticize Private Institutes as lower-class, school for bad elements. Students are unemployed after graduation. The Quality Gap - High School and University Entrance Ex
