Discrimination becomes a global and international issue. In the past normal people were suffering from discrimination (people who doesn’t work ) , but today after the industrial revolution the rate of people who suffering from discrimination have increase , but not between the normal people it's between unfortunately employees . in fact we are today in twenty-first century, people have to be open minded and avoid discrimination or make difference between Muslim and christens, black and white skin, rich and poor,: because we are created by God from the same material, nobody is better than other one, for that reason any company must think out of the books if they face this issues. If the company doesn't solve this issues that will create bad impacts on their reputation and their economic between competitors in the business world. Frontally, some of those companies could reach the ability to create policy prevents discrimination; this policy means that anybody from the employees or the managers face any kind of discrimination he or she have the right to complain how he or she faces the discrimination. In addition, BMW refers to (Bayerische Motoren Werke), is a German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturing company founded in 1916. BMW produce these products such as: mini cars, motorcycle, also BMW is the mother company of Rolls Royce Motor. Our employees work hard and the BMW Group works hard for its employees. In line with this principle, we have put together attractive benefit and reward packages for our employees. Types of discriminations: 1) Religion discrimination: It's happen when person deals differentially with other person or other group because they have against beliefs or from different religion.
