"Tuesdays with Morrie," by Mitch Albom is all about love, values, acceptance, openness, communication and happiness. I chose this book because I want to learn more about love, values of life, how to accept things, how to be happy and how to live life to its fullest. I want to learn lot things about life and this is a good choice because of the inspiring stories and great experience told in the book. In the beginning of the story, we have a brief introduction about Morrie and Mitch. Mitch Albom is a young guy who's starting his adult life. Morrie Schwartz is Mitch's favorite professor that loves to dance to any music with or without a partner. Morrie knew his health was failing when he could no longer dance. When he got seventies, Morrie has contracted to ALS disease that destroys his muscles, making him weaker and weaker. Meanwhile, Mitch is workaholic who doesn't even have time for his wife that when they're talking Mitch is always having a hard time to submit his work on deadline and most of the time Mitch do a lot of things at the same time to spend his time wisely. While Mitch is watching news he saw his old professor being interviewed on ABC upon seeing his professor he remember the promise he made when he was on college and he feel guilt because he wasn't able to keep his promise to Morrie. When Mitch decided to visit Morrie, Morrie greets Mitch with joy but Mitch reacts with the feeling of guilt, they go out and eat some food on the street while they're talking about Morrie's illness. Since that time he visits Morrie every Tuesday. After that visit Mitch promise Morrie to keep in touch. A few weeks later, Albom's newspaper goes on strike, and he is out of a job. Left with too much time on his hands and too many thoughts in his head, He called Morrie and the two agreed to meet again the following Tuesday. Mitch visits Morrie for the second time and they have a flashback during their class. Morrie enters the room and is silent
