?Racism is still a major problem in this globalized world. There is still much racism going on around in our daily life, such as in school, work place and home. The thing about racism is that there are people who still discriminate people that are different to them, by putting them outside of the majority, which leaves them on the sidelines. There will be information about the racism issues also information provided by an organization with analysis on some materials they provide, such as information, research paper, video and poster. Racism has started since the 1600s when the England colonized Jamestown, then from around the 17th and 18th century they started to have slaves and (American Anthropological Association, 2011). There are many racial issues going on around the world, where people discriminate other people by their skin color, culture and ethnicity. Especially in U.S. there have been many discriminations toward black people by the white people. For instance, this TV program did a test on citizens reactions toward white teens and black teens doing graffiti on a car; it shows that there were only one calls made toward the white teen, while black teen gets 10 calls to the police (SpannTv, 2009). There are also many organizations that are discriminating toward black people, such as the Ku Klux Klan founded in 1866 and were spread around the southern United State by the 1870 and there were about 3 billion to 6 billion members between 1920 and 1925 (McVeigh, 1999, p. 1463); and according to Southern Poverty Law Center there are currently around 5,000 to 8,000 members right now. Even though there are groups that are against different race, there are also many organizations that are solving such issue.
