It is the analysis of employee behaviour at this organization and how it affects the stores sales. This report will also contain advice on how to handle certain cases of employee discrepancy. To begin with, an analysis of the case is done by looking up and researching on how Superbrand works. The analysis will mainly focus on how the employees in sectors grocery and night-shift behave and how the line managers go about their job. Then a study of the kind of behavior will help reveal the reasons as to why they behave in that manner.
