Literary devices like soliloquy, metaphor, simile, foreshadowing, and dramatic irony is often used in his plays making is interesting for audiences, as they can have some hints of what’s going to happen next and have a bit of thinking as the play goes on. Students can learn from the literary devices, not only can they expand their vocabulary, they can also improve in their academic writing by using some of the literary devices. Even though literary devices may not be compulsory or suitable in every piece of writing assignment, it pushes your writings to the next level.
