Exercise can keeps our hearts and bodies healthy. I strongly agree with this argument that we often talk about the mind and body as though they are completely separate but they aren't. "The mind can't function unless your body is working properly “but it also works the other way. The state of your mind affects your body. In my opinion, our mind and body should stay together like they support each other to make both development and improve what the other needing, so keep exercising every day and get the best feeling from it. On the one hand, exercise help calm your nerves if you get anxiety. For example, there was a women who was intelligent and attractive, but she got shy and anxious. She worried all the time, about everything. She was married, but long time after that they broke up that what she didn't want to happen. When it became clear that divorce was inevitable, she didn't see how she could live with the situation, and in a fit of panic she threatened to kill herself and fled away. She became more anxious and depressed. They asked her to do exercise every day. About nine months later, it had tamed Amy's anxiety and allowed her to control her feelings. So if you feel low or anxious, you may do less and become less active which can make you feel worse. You can get caught in a harmful cycle and make you even less and miss out on things you enjoy. Try to exercise as much as you can to calm your feeling and improve your brain to defense of bad emotions. On the other hand, you use caffeine and high energy snacks to boost your energy quickly but after an hour or so you will probably feel more tired than you did before. A short walk will boost your energy level for much longer. Exercise is healthy and safe so don't ignore it if you get tired when you do exercise. If you are active you will probably find it easier to deal with life's problems and challenges. So if those problems stop you from regularly exercising, it's worth remember
