I. Introduction I’ve had the opportunity to be a trainee at Zuellig Pharma Corporation located at KM 14 West Service Road Cor. Edison Ave. South Superhighway, Brgy. Sun Valley Parañaque City. This company is recommended by my father, he said that Zuellig Pharma is in need of trainees that would be able to help them with accounting related tasks. Zuellig Pharma is my First choice because the company is growing bigger and I want to be a part of the growing company and I can see great growth for me to grow as an individual & as a professional. The company provides me the experience that I will need in the future. I’ve started working on my OJT requirements in school during the 2nd week of November and thankfully after a week I was able to complete all the necessary requirements. I finalized also all the requirements needed by the company like resume and recommendation letter, and then I was accepted.  No interviews happened, just a short orientation. I formally started my OJT last November 17, 2014 at 8:00-5:00PM. Before I decided to choose Zuellig Pharma, I’ve applied to Rodriguez Accounting Firm but there is no luck for me there. II. Personal Assessment of Learning From the Company Areas of Learning A. Cognitive or Intellectual Learning During my stay in Zuellig Pharma, I’ve learned a lot of wisdom that were not taught at school. I was exposed in the actual work, became familiar with the documents prepared by the employees like the invoice, voucher, official receipts, and cash advanced. I’ve learned a lot how to make bank reconciliation, making GAC summary and updating the sublease agreement for the vehicles. I also learned a lot how to use vlookup and pivotable in the excel when I make Globe recon. I learn also to prepare an attachment on reconciliation of Globe billings for payment. I enhance my typing skills and familiarize with the proper use and shortcut method of using keyboard. I learned to appreciate even the sim
