Success is a really abstract thing to realize and give a definition, because different people grow up in different communities with different kinds of education systems. Generally, when we see the question “what is success?” Most of us think about money because we regard money as one of the most important things in our life. In Oxford dictionary, success could be the achievement of an action within a specified period of time or parameter. It can also mean completing an object or reaching a goal. In my perspective, I think success has different meaning for different ages of human beings, because it depends on what we want instead of what we own. The most important thing to understand about Chinese is what they think of success. For Chinese, they have their distinctive definition of success, then let us focus on how Chinese think of success. Boring Student Life For Chinese students, they think all day long and get a beautiful score is their mission. Also in their mind, they always believe that if they get a great score in school, then they will have a really bright and unobstructed future. Besides, their parents always restrict their free time such as constrain them to enroll in some classes they are not willing to. Therefore the students’ talent is forgotten day by day. When I was in elementary school, originally it was the best time for me to feel how perfect the world is, but I was enrolled by my parents in a supplemental mathematics class which I did not interested in at all. For my parents, they just thought nothing could be more important than the score I could get in school. Thus for the alleged success of my school time, I had to sacrifice my freedom to swap it, the most of the Chinese students do. Students in China are not have time to relax or have entertainment seriously, because the irrigation education system makes Chinese students not have an exact life goal, just study follows the authorities torpidly no matter what
