"Justice" is one word that contains seven letters and has 14 synonyms in the American Oxford Dictionary. This one word and seven letters are simple but in the world, it is all but painless. Every day, we use the word, not understanding the reality of everything we lose to get it. Nothing comes without paying a price. So what do we, as citizens, lose and what is the price? At exactly four days ago was the 41st day of this year that either the House or the Senate have been in session and have seventy-five more days of this year left, Ed O’Keefe, from the Washington Post, mentioned. But before the seventy-five more days of this year, there are three things that need to be finished. Why seventy-five? There are seventy-five more days on the Congressional schedule until August. Then both houses take a month off and return just in time for the fall ahead of Election Day. One of the things that Congress aim to do by the end of the summer is to restore the quickly diminishing Highway Trust Fund, which gains most of the pay from gas tax and dispenses money for crucial road construction assignments. Another thing that Congress hopes to accomplish by the end of September is passing a new allowance budgetary year. This meaning: both houses are pledged to passing the funding bills that shape how the government should disperse money. Lastly, is a law that provides federal assistance for insurance policies to shield large scale losses due to stunts of terrorism expire at the end of the year, this thinking it will cause little to no controversy. For me, this seems just like another excuse to get citizens of American to pay more tax to the government who hopes for something that may not be sure of. They aim to accomplish something by this time but it doesn’t mean it’s going to be done. Then the money we pay to the government goes to nothing and they will continue to ask money for reasons such as this. Nothing is a promise.
