Urban growth is an issue that is affecting many areas across New South Wales and Australia. In order to evaluate this theory, field work was conducted in new and old parts of Kellyville and the surrounding suburbs to determine whether or not urban growth has resulted in limited space. Kellyville was the main suburb that my group studied. Kellyville is a suburb in the Baulkham Hills Shire council in New South Wales, approximately 36 km north- west of Sydney and the density is around 753/km2 . Kellyville was chosen due to its increasing population now estimated at 20,341 people ( 2011 ) to compared that in 2001 where the population was 13,668. Due to this impressive population growth field work has been conducted in specific areas of new Kellyville which is the area off President Road into Hayes Avenue and lastly into Maeve Avenue has been studied. The old Kellyville area that has been looked into is area of Acres Road and the smaller back streets located ion close proximity such as Annabelle Crescent. Due to that many new homes are weak and have very weak sound proof walls. In a recent s
