Enormous droplets of water splattered on the windscreen as the car contested on the road to the airport. The sound of amusement overflowed the car with affection and worship. A pleasant tune danced blissfully out of the radio, gradually entering everyone’s ear. A bitter draft entered itself from beneath the car door, which was unobserved by the contented family. The murky depressing haze bordered the vehicle as it congested at the heavy traffic, allowing no freedom to move. Moments after, the car over excitedly slipped downwards towards terminal 4, enthusiasm and delight hard-pressed itself out of the car, the smell of jet fuel, automobile exhaust and hot tarmac combined together to assault the senses with images of glamorous escapes. Big Immense suitcases were positioned on top of the damp delicate ground. The minor circular wheels of the cases were dragged recklessly across the rugged ground in the direction of the electronic moving doors. The strong, forever lasting aroma of cologne began to weaken, as various individuals hurried feverishly towards the doorway, entering a place of excitement and sadness too. A line that seems to have no border winds around the fabric barriers that remain instruct in the terminal. All luggages were forcefully clashed together, with nowhere to move. The thrill on everyone’s faces passed on along the heavy queue which continued to expand with different varies of people. There were counters of various airlines with smartly dressed men and women, carefully weighing everyone’s baggages. The worried yet still thrilled faces continued to appear on everyone’s face as they were being checked in; just hours away from flying off into the mellow clouds towards their beautiful destinations. Elegant decorated boards were light up in every direction. Little spirited, children ran frantically around, indulging into every colourful shop possible.
