Developing Healthy Eating Habits

I haven’t always been the healthiest eater. I typically eat one decent meal a day, but throughout the day, I eat a lot of junk food. I’m a very picky eater and I really eat the same meals, I think I have ate the same meals all my life. I need to start thinking out the box and eat different things and most importantly eating healthy. I don’t eat many veggies, I eat a lot of broccoli and corn that’s about it in the veggie department. Every artist need a few tools to get things rolling. I plan to look into more recipes that incorporate foods that I already eat and foods I don’t eat to try a variety. I feel if I have options I will eat often and more healthy. I also need to look into the foods I eat I need to know what fats and calories I’m in taking. I also don’t eat enough throughout the day that can cause a problem. Example of under eating like skipping meals, or eating only limited foods will lead to poor nutrition. Which will eventually lead to health problems due to protein, calorie, vitamin, or mineral deficiencies. Under eating causes symptoms like lack of energy and subsequent weakness, malnourishment of internal organs, skin problems, and hair loss. I’m faced with challenges every day, I work in the city all day so it’s very easy to stop and get some fast food and that’s my meal for the day. I was told you’re supposed to eat three times a day and snack in-between time. I found myself doing more snaking and less eating, In order to get on the right track to start in the grocery store. If I make a shopping list and stick to it. I won’t get to the store and just go down all the lanes picking up junk food. I feel if I plan out meals I will go right to the things on the list and pick up a health choose. I also need to plan days to cook me and my roommate take turns cooking and have a set meal time.
