Millions of people are able to share their thoughts and opinions through media. A large number of these pieces can be found on commercials, YouTube, Twitter or Facebook so they can take their stand on a lot of controversial or other interesting topics. Nevertheless, these voices are trying to persuade the public to agree with them or maybe even disagree. YouTube is one of the most popular forms of sharing some of the most popular things from, beauty items, to music, to people creating their own videos. A really popular category on YouTube for young ladies is on beauty, makeup, and clothes. Famous YouTuber’s give girls advice, reviews, first impressions and a lot of other things they can relate to. This being said, we can assume she is really trusted by her viewers. It could moreover be that she created her account on Mar 9, 2011 while Macedo only made hers on May 14, 2013 and therefore one has more experience than the other. For that reason, Macedo has grown to a widely known YouTuber giving her the advantage of knowing what girls from all around want to hear or see. This ties in with the pathos established in each of the videos. When you see Holmes video you can see that rather than just advertising the foundation she tries to give us her honest opinions. For example: she includes the things she liked and doesnâ
