I do not have many career choices or things that I really want to do, but I know for sure that a career field I have an interest in is banking. This field of choice feels as if it would be a perfect match for me. I have a heavy interest in business, but mostly within the financing and monetary units of that said business. So banking seems to be a good solid field for me to start off in. Let’s face it the world revolves around the banking field, basically I feel that these are the people the run the world once you get towards the upper positions. Business banking sounds like a career field that I would have a nice pleasure in getting to work in, educate myself in, and all in all start a career in. The one main reason why this is a choice of mine is that I not only will get to work in the field of banking, but I will also get to work with businesses big and small. I find this largely interesting to me because of all the networking possibilities I could have with working with these businesses. Business Banking focuses on soliciting new banking relationships for the bank through effective sales and service activities, targeted business development efforts and community involvement. You are responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships in the market and in accordance with the bank's core values. This small definition makes me comfortable with what I feel will be asked of me in this career, but also I feel I have all the talents and abilities to complete these career task. Customer service, sales, and communication are all the basic skills you need. Which I possess all three said skills from eight years of work experience and internships, and also four years of higher education. The other skills needed are just banking experience in business lending, and credit or business development. Which I have none of that experience in banking yet, most of my experience have been accounting and finance based internships. But, I have much faith in myself that I c
