At Fab Flix Movie House, we will strive to establish a competitive compensation package based on analysis from other companies in the same market. Fab Flix will be paying slightly above the market value in order to achieve and retain a reputable and fun place to work. Along with a fabulous compensation package we will also offer top of the line total rewards and incentive packages. Our goal is for our movie house to become the number one theatre and eatery in Austin, TX. We have come to the conclusion that our movie house will hold 13 job titles. The first job title will consist of a General Manager. The reason that there is no CEO is because the Fab Flix Movie house is owned by 4 individuals therefore it is much easier to appoint a General Manager to handle the day to day operations and the company overall. There will be six titles that will hold salaries. General Manager being the first starting at $80,000 per year. We came to this reasoning by researching similar job titles and duties, and then priced it above market value to entice prospective candidates. We assessed all our job duties and positions this way. They should know that when they join our company and team there will be room for advancement. The next salaried position that we have is our Operations Manager whose salary will begin at $65,000. Following that will be our Assistant Managers which salary will be starting at $45,000. We then have our HR Manager with a starting salary of $55,000 followed by our Accounting Manager with a starting salary of $45,000, and lastly for our salary position is our Chef with a starting salary of $40,000. We feel with the research that we have done and job analysis based on competitor rates that we have created strong and competitive compensation packages for the job titles listed above. Along with their annual salaries, they will be given the option to start a 401k plan with a 6% matching contribution along with year-end bonuses based on job performance and company performance. Moving along from our salaried positions, we have our hourly job titles and positions. We will begin with our kitchen staff. Our kitchen staff will have a three tiered pay grade system based on experience and job duties. The first tier will start at an hourly rate of $8.25 followed by the second tier at an hourly rate of $9.25. The final tier will start at an hourly rate of $10.25.
