The career as a Financial Analyst would be a great fit for my personality.  It’s an engaging field in growing global industry. This career matches closely to my interests and behavior type. Finance is a field which requires to analyze the capital of a company and thinking of ways to expand the company. Analyst usually works with a numbers and money. Analyst work in different fields. Analyst also required a personality skills to deal with number of issues as well as degree to get good position in a competitive job market. In the globalized economy, financial analyst requirement rising. It’s a high paying profession and typically work about 40 hours a week. Financial analyst works in different areas like pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology, communications and insurance industries. Analyst also works commodity brokers, banking and security. Others worked throughout private industry, government, investment companies and some other financial institution. Financial institutes an increasing number of financial staffs to review their banking, securities and other  financial transaction like mergers and acquisition and to make sure that these transactions meet federal regulations (Financial-Analysts , Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2014). Financial analysts provide analysis and guidance to a business in making their investment decision. They assess companies’ economic growth and industries for firms to invest money. Financial analysts usually work in two different type one is buy side analyst work in the company who have large amounts of money to invest. They are called institutional investors like hedge funds, insurance companies and mutual funds, charitable organization like Hospitals, and Universities with large donations. Buy side of analyst work to devise investment strategies for a Company portfolio and Help Company sell their products. They work in many different industries, regions, banking firms, pharmaceutical, technology, government agencies, etc.(“Financial analyst summer,”2000. “bls.gov”).
