?Template for personal or reflective learning diary We had the opportunity to conduct a study on the impact of transport and location on students at NUC. This project was carried out on the first year business students at NUC. The aims and objectives were to evaluate the impact of location and transport availability on students at NUC. So a questionnaire was hanging around to collect information. The result from this survey was relevant that almost students are commuters students and have some difficulties to access the N UC. So the location and the transport, which include parking, were some of the main causes of their lateness at class that seriously affect their study. Finally some recommendations have been made overcome this problem. It has been a great privilege to be part of this group work. It was my first time to lead a group. This has given me the opportunity to test my leadership skills. It was one of the best groups I’ve ever been in time of motivation. At the beginning, starting with only five (5) students, it was very easy to delegate tasks and collect information from members of the group. We were all looking at the same direction as we were sharing the same motivation, which was how we can conduct this survey in order to achieve our goal. So everyone’s contribution was very helpful. Although we were lacked of time for meetings, I managed to propose that we communicate through messages and emails until we built up the entirely project. Every member of the group immediately adopted this. However, later we faced some difficulties when more students were added to the group. They were not at the same level of information and implication like us. They were not replying to the messages and emails on time. Consequently, this created more pression to the group. Fortunately, working under pressure revealed to be one of my strength. So I decided to go trough the whole work and propose to the team and the majority decided to
