Formed in 2008, System Partners is a cloud solutions and management consultancy, specializing in cloud technology, business process management, business transformation, customer experience, system integrations, agile delivery and social and mobile technology. It is one of Australia’s leading Salesforce Implementation Experts, and a Salesforce Cloud Alliance Platinum Partner. The consultancy works with small, medium, and large commercial and non-profit organizations to deliver transformational and sustainable business process and system improvements. To date the team of 24 have completed 150 plus projects, and in 2013 generated a turnover of $2.2 million. System Partners has recently conducted a value stream mapping exercise, to identify the value levers and pain points within the organisation. The majority of pain points were identified within Marketing. Due to the lack of up to date, consistent, well-messaged and branded marketing, collateral System Partners are losing potential clients. The marketing and sales materials are not of a high standard, and do not convey that the organization as a trusted and professional entity. Cloud computing is a highly competitive market, so it is essential that System Partners profile the company effectively, to survive and grow. The organization is also experiencing growing pains. With on-boarding of staff happening at a faster rate than the improvements to the internal processes for managing growth. A large quantity of work is generated from word of mouth referrals, but this is not sustainable in the long term. Marketing needs to be improved to reduce reliance on this method. A new Marketing and Communications Manager has been employed, to resource and roll out a marketing strategy, and a suite of sales and marketing collateral.
