Abstract Fall prevention is an extensive topic to discuss and there is a lot to know about the subject and by this study I would like to touch the most important aspects in regards to the topic, falls can cause several disorders and can have an impact in patients and their family members for life if not treated on time, it all becomes more difficult when the fall occurs within the family a friend or a love one. When dealing with these problems with our own kids at home or specially with our parents, grandparents or family in general. A fall can be prevented in different ways or by taking some precautions, simple precautions can help you avoid fatal accidents like falls that can leave you with lifelong consequences. While it’s possible to do everything possible in your power to protect your family member, kids or patients from falling, it’s almost impossible to guarantee that they’ll never take a spill. When that happens it’s important to consider some precaution methods or take actions to prevent this from occurring again you also need to take some safeguards. Even for your own safety, walking on the street, exercising, driving, eating or simply sleeping if you don’t take care of yourself or take some safeguards in life, you can be affected by a fall and its consequences. Falls are very serious at any age, but it is more delicate for older people who are prone to breaking their bones in the fall. Individuals with a serious disease called osteoporosis are more likely to break a bone if they fall. Osteoporosis is called the "silent disease” because bones become weak without showing any symptoms. You may not know they have the disease until you break a bone due to a strain, bump or falls.
