Teens need to be informed about the consequences and some of the methods of quitting. Quitting a smoking habit is a challenge. The reason for this is because of the Nicotine. Nicotine is a very addicting chemical. Therefore, an attempt to stop smoking is difficult. If smokers are willing to stop smoking, there are a lot of ways to prevent smoking. There are several health conditions and diseases connected to smoking. One of the biggest health concerns is Cancer. Cancers such as throat, bladder and kidney all come from smoking cigarettes. Just inside one cigarette are numerous amounts of chemicals. Most chemicals found in cigarettes are said to be used for rat poison, carbon monoxide and many others that can put lives in danger. When an exact date is set, it makes things way more serious. Take time to come up with ideas and maybe activities that get make up for the cigarette. Maybe taking time out of the day to run or hang out with friends could get peoples mind off smoking. Cigarettes are forgotten about when fun things come in to play. Going out to exercise would be a great way to quit smoking. Additionally, changing foods would be a good idea.
