From the certain categories that were made when taken the assessment my highest score was for authoritarian. Some of the details for a authoritarian are making decisions very quick, directing, and controlling. Overall, being ranked as authoritarian didn’t surprise me. The reason is that no matter what situation my personality reflects having control in a good situation. One good example of this was my previous role as a market advisor. The main goal for the company was not only driving sales, but to lead your store team in knowing the products. This gave me the positive attitude to work towards goals and ways to communicate to achieve them. The teamwork at times didn’t show as much creativity with time constraints, but they managed to build a great sales team.
