Many individuals accuse fast food restaurants like McDonalds for the obesity problem in America. Obesity comes from eating fast food and unhealthy foods in general. Fast food is made from a lot of high saturated fats and calories and if it is not worked off by exercising, then a person can become obese. Obesity is a major social issue in America. Despite the facts that fast food restaurants are considerably unhealthy, more and more Americans increase their health risks with diseases and disorder. People against fast food restaurants are saying that is starting to become a major issue for Americans these days. Laziest is part of many American daily lives and their health is being affected and it has become easy for people to consume fast food because society has justified it to be normal. In Today’s lifestyle everyone tries to fit as much as possible into a day’s work, therefore fast food is the alternative for a meal. Fast food takes a huge toll on the human body. The majority of fast food consumers are between the ages of 16 to 24, young people now of days are not as active as they used to be due to getting things done faster so they can have plenty of leisure time. Americans need their daily nutrition, but because of the fast paced lifestyles sometimes people do not have enough time to eat a healthy meal. A lot of individuals say that fast food restaurants are to blame. The growing obesity problem is not the fault of fast food restaurants but the fault Americans and need to take responsibility as a consumer. McDonalds and other food establishments put nutritional labels on the items to let the consumer know what is being eaten. Just because unhealthy foods are available does not mean that people need to eat them it is a personal choice.
