Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to computer programs that have the ability to imitate humanlike, intelligent behavior. Some of the ways that the programs mimic are decision-making, problem-solving or even learning (Warwick, 2012). The systems that are used to handle artificial intelligence are known as intelligent systems. Sensors, devices that mimic human capabilities, software, learning from experience are some of the intelligent systems. The artificial intelligent systems have a high speed and consistency in decision-making, and problem-solving. Tasks such as increased productivities, warning when maintenance is required are some of the tasks that the intelligent system performs. Various places have taken advantages of these systems some of which are; the England airport where a Heifner Robot cleaner warns on security and nonsmoking rules. Shell Oil has a SmartPump that services automobiles built after 1987 and the inbuilt transponder instructs the robot where the pump is inserted. In a particular hospital, a Matsushita robot can deliver X-ray films, medical supplies and provide patient files. Another robot acts as a firefighter by extinguishing fire at plants and also puts a distance between human operators and the flames. According to Warwick (2012), there are many categories of artificial intelligent systems. However, there are 5 typical systems are expert systems, neural networks, genetic algorithms, intelligent agents and virtual reality. Expert systems are computerized programs to mimic human expert decision-making abilities. They are the most widespread types of artificial intelligence because they are bridging the gap of few or expensive human experts. The standard known expert system are used to assist in medical diagnosis and playing chess, (Warwick, 2012). A neural network, also referred to as artificial networks is another category of artificial intelligence that deals with replicating the way the human brain works
