Many parents will ask is curfew essential? Curfew by definition means time set by parents at which a child has to be back home after going out. However, most of the parents will implement curfew in their house rule to ensure their children are free from troubles. It is indeed pivotal because curfew brings tremendous advantages to either society, family, or to those teens. A recent statistic reveals that, crime rate in our country has been skyrocketed in an alarming rate particularly at night. Thus, it is important for those lovely parents to show a great concern in practicing curfew to their children as curfew is beneficial to teen. Looking first at the safety of teens, the crime rate of our country will experience a down slope. This is because curfew has restricted those teens to be back home on time, but not to stay too long on the dark and silent streets that encourage crime to be happened. In fact, most of the crimes are being committed at night specifically on alley which without any lamp post because it is not easy to be realized. For instance, young adults can somehow be very unaware of things happened around them while they are entertaining themselves and this will give those criminals a rare chance to commit in crime like kidnapping, human trafficking or raping. Admittedly, curfew is a sound solution to keep teens out of danger as they will be back home before the time set. Secondly, curfew will cultivate teen to be disciplined. Giving curfew in simple words mean training teen to follow the rules otherwise punishment will be given if rules are broken. Curfew is significant as it train child to learn how significant discipline is to make sure everything is on track. In addition, when curfew is being implemented, teens will know how to control themselves as they know keep obsessing in entertainment is not beneficial to them.
