In life, everyone has different ambition and thinking. Even two people are twin, they still have differences. Therefore, each person has his/her own values. Furthermore, career and family also have influence on a person’s values. For instance, my father is a prosecutor, his values are safe, equality and respect. Whereas, education, individuality and punctuality are three values that define who I am. First of all, education is value that has a huge impact in my life. In my opinion, education makes the difference between people and animals because it teaches us knowledge and good characteristics, such as morality and bravery. Undoubtedly, I have first learnt the importance of education at school. When I was six, I went to primary school to study in the first level of our Vietnamese education system. Honestly, I was very afraid of class during my first week at school because of my strict teacher and strange friends. After that difficult time, I felt more interested in going to class in which I could learn the letters and words or how to connect the letters to create the sentences. Luckily, I knew how to read sooner than the rest of my class I could read stories about the lesson of life, such as friendship or filiat piety or solve the funny quizzes, which provided me with knowledge of science or history. Since I am a juvenile, sometimes I lose my control and make some mistakes. However, education helped me to fix my mistakes, makes me become better. Actually, my life would be boring and empty if I did not have education. In addition to education, individuality plays an important role in my life. Individuality means we do not depend on our parents or friends, we use our own creativity and thinking to gain the achievements. I realized the importance of individuality from my ninth grade math teacher. For each math exercise, she always incentivized us to find out other new and creative methods to solve problems beside the conventional way.
