Throughout history, there have been many factors that contributed to making a difference in the world. Technology is a big part of change/evolution in this world, and is the reason everything today is the way it is. Such technology like television, computers, radio, satellite, cable, and phones are great factors today. The radio was a great contributor to our past/ modern society, and isn't still as effective as it was back then compared to today. The radio known today isn't the same as how it started. It was first called the liquid barretter and it was the first device to allow wireless voice transmission. It was basically the start of radio broadcast and that was the start of something that was soon change the world. The radio would then start to make a difference in the world because it was spread to and heard from all over. The radio began as a simple broadcast but then changed to many things. It was used as a source of information to keep people updated on the latest news. Also, it was used in specific ways that made the biggest difference at that time and at recent moments as well. The radio promoted the start of advertisement for many different kinds of things. Some people used it advertise for their products and others used it to promote or inform people about their music. The radio was a major factor in the start of music industry. The radio really helped get people and industries get known, as well as being its own big source of information. It really made a big difference back then, because without it things might not have been the same as they are today.The radio could be considered a reason for helping in trying to eliminate segregation and discrimination in the US.
