Some people do not believe that love can be fundamental for life; notwithstanding, showing mutual love is important because the expectations that come with into a relationship are very high. Especially if you are very passionate and happy, and somehow you get so stuck, that you find it impossible not to show your love in front of everyone. Love is like a dream from which you don’t want to wake up because you are everything for him and he is everything for you. It seems that nobody gets to match that true love. So you create your own world that can be incomprehensible for those don’t have it. In the poem “True Love” by Wislawa Szymborska, the speaker expresses the feelings of those who haven't really experienced love. She is annoyed with people who are showing their love. She believes that love does not have to be exaggerated. It is ironic how you can get confused easily. In the beginning the tone of the speaker is like she is lonely and miserable. She acts as if she is part of those who don’t had love; however, you realize that she is mocking them at the end of the poem. When the speaker starts the poem, you don’t notice that she speaks for all of those out there who do not exactly know what true love is by asking questions. In the first stanza, she says, “True love, is it normal,/ is it serious, is it practical?”/ What does the world get from two people/ who exist is a world of their own?" (1-4). We really don’t know what love is, but as human being we will be able to answer those questions with knowledge or a dictionary definition. Nevertheless, the reality of love is hard to describe more if you have never felt it. Some people who have not found true love are egoist because they don’t want to look at the happiness and laughter between two people who share a mutual bond for one another simply because they have not found it for themselves the love.
