My advertisement shows two different types of men; one man who is fit and another who is out of shape. While analyzing my advertisement, the immediate context shows the distinction between a person who is healthy and unhealthy. They start by showing it in the body types, one man is fit and toned while the other is out of shape. Secondly, the items that they have placed in their hands imply that if you eat a certain way that you may look like one of these people. It is also informing people of the bad effects fast food has on your system and why you should strive to make healthier food choices. Lastly, the types of workers placed in each person contrast between skilled and unskilled. The idea of skilled vs unskilled trickles down to the workers and how the ad prioritizes one group more than the other. The primary purpose is to show how eating a certain way may effect your body system and look. As the picture shows, the man on the left is fit, he has abs, and his system is clean. If you look where his stomach is the workers have an idea of what is going on and his system does not contain rust. While on the other hand, the workers in the man on the right are just working to fix what they can because the food that he is eating is not the best choice for him. This ad is also prioritizing white-collar workers over blue-collar workers. The picture distinguishes the two by putting the white-collar workers in the advanced/clean system on the left versus the blue-collar workers in the out-of-date/rusted system. Implying that white-collar workers are better skilled for that type of job since they have a particular skill set. You can also tell that they are more prepared because one of the workers has a plan/blueprint of what they have to do. While the multiple blue-collar workers are working restlessly at everything. Discreetly, the picture inputed more blue-collar workers in the system on the right because they do not require a skill, implying anyone can be a blue-collar worker.
