My Athletic Experience and Future Plans

My name is Nurul Fa’eqa Bt Razak. I was born on the 9th of October in 1992, which means I am 23 years old now. I got 4 siblings, an elder sister, an elder brother and a younger brother. Then I have got my mom and dad too. I finished off my high school and took about five and half years in Universiti Teknologi Mara, Perlis to gets qualification in Diploma of Sport Studies and Degree in Sport Science with thinking of getting some good grades with the opportunities that UiTM giving me. The field I am thinking since my high school to study in is sport as I involve in sports such netball, track and field, handball and others. So, that is my goal and I always try to aim to do my best in everything that I involved. The fact is, sports become my major as most satisfaction come by playing games, involved in competition and winning become second enjoyment as thumb up in my level of performance. My interest in teaching began when I was inspire by my lecturer which is Madam Azzura Bt Kamarudin which one of my former lecturer in Universiti Teknologi Mara, Perlis. She told me that sport is wide major to be explored. It is not just playing game in getting popularity. With experience, keep on learning, getting knowledge and challenging our abilities will bring someone with nothing into something. After assessing my passions and my abilities, I decided to explore on becoming a trainers in educate and guide next generation to grow intellectually and pursue what they desire to. In 3 years I would like to be part of community in education and represent of sport science trainers in educate students to be more versatile. An athlete actually needs to understand himself/herself first before others. For example, in competition, there are limit for athlete to strive his/her performance into their best one. It involve of context in psychology, biomechanics in performance execution, nutrition and it becomes a trainers responsibilities to educate them well es
