The themes and situations explored in The Time Machine novella consisting of awareness, identity, fear and survival, form around a Time Traveller and the journeys and adventures that the Time Traveller undertakes. Exploring new lands and surveying different worlds in the earth's future history, the Time Traveller finds new ideas of purpose and new levels of personal awareness.
