Nearly every university has a sport club, and participating students in clubs recently become very familiar with students during their academic period. Being a member of clubs at university offer students many advantages and disadvantage, which it will help them to improve their abilities. This essay will claim the advantages and disadvantages of joining a sport club at university. Joining a sport club at university has some beneficial advantages, which it helps student to develop and improve their abilities. If a student is a member of a sport club at university, they will meet new students from different classes or faculties. One of the beneficial advantages is to develop their abilities and skills. For example, they will have an athletic body or managing a team as a leader of the team. Another advantage of being a member of sport club at university is keeping students active. As a member of sport club they have to make some exercises, which it will be beneficial for their health, also improves blood circulation also increase stamina and coordination and preventing bone loss which makes students live longer. The third advantage of joining a sport club at university is working as a team. It makes students to improve self confidence in sport club, which can help each other in physical activity like training and in daily life, also for their future.
Despite of advantages of joining a sport club at university, there are also numerous disadvantages can be happen. If a player joined a sport club, they have to be aware of many negative outcomes of sport. One of the most common negative outcomes of sport is injury. Students of sport clubs will get injury, and this can be harmful for them. For example, if they break their leg or hand it will be hard to walk or write.
